2023年秋季学期即将开学，现将入学报到相关工作通知如下，请务必仔细阅读并遵照执行。
Dear all international students,
2023 Autumn Semester is approaching. Please read the registration information below carefully and follow the steps.
返校时间Time for Registration
老生报到时间：9月3日 （星期日）；新生报到时间：9月4日（星期一）- 9月8日（星期五）。Old International Students：September 3 (Sunday);New International Students：September 4 (Monday) to September 8（Friday）.
老生2023年9月3日报到注册，9月4日开始上课。新生2023年9月4日至9月8日报到注册。无故不完成报到手续，超过规定期限视为自动退学，取消学籍。
September 3, 2023 is the registration date for old international students. Classes will be on starting from September 4, 2023.The registration period for new international students is from September 4 to September 8, 2023.Those who do not finish the registration without any reason will be disqualified from studying at ZAFU.
国际学生老生报到安排
Registration ArrangementForOld International Students
1.2023年9月3日（9:00-12:00）全体国际学生老生在国际学生公寓大厅完成指纹打卡、报到单填写、心理测试等事宜，在智慧浙农林APP完成缴费。
All old international students should complete fingerprint attendance, registration form filling, psychological test in the lobby of International Student Apartment and complete payment on Smart ZAFU App from 9:00 to 12:00 a.m. on September 3, 2023.
2.2023年9月3日（9:00-11:30,14:00-17:00）请持护照原件、居留许可复印件、报到单、心理测试表依次到3号学院楼515、517、519办公室完成报到注册手续。
Please go to the offices 515, 517 and 519 of No. 3 College Building to complete the registration procedures on September 3, 2023 (09:00-11:30, 14:00-17:00) with the original passport, copy of residence permit, registration form and psychological test form.
报到程序Registration Procedures
1.在教务办公室（学3515）核查学业状态并签字确认。
Please check the academic status and sign for confirmation at Academic Affairs Office (College Building 3-515).
2.在签证办公室（学3517）出示护照原件和居留许可复印件核查有效期并签字确认，如变更地址须提交最新住宿登记。
Please submit your passport and a copy of your residence permit at Visa Office (College Building 3-517) to verify the validity of the certificate and sign for confirmation.If you change the address, you must submit the latest accommodation registration form。
3.在学生管理办公室（学3519）提交报到单、心理测试表，出示“智慧浙农林”APP完成缴费，更新系统信息后给予注册，无欠费者完成注册手续。
Please submit the registration form and psychological test form at International Student Management Office (College Building 3-519). If you change the address, you must submit the latest accommodation registration, show the "Smart ZAFU" APP to complete the payment, update the system information, and affix the registration seal. Those students who have no arrears will complete the registration process.
报到要求Requirements for Registration
1.做好自我健康监测，无发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、腹泻等症状；Please do a good job of self-health monitoring to keep healthy without fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, diarrhea and other symptoms;
2.若存在发烧、恶心等相关症状暂缓返校，在当地医疗机构进行治疗。If there are fever, nausea and other symptoms, you can apply for returning to school after treatment in local medical institutions.
国际学生新生报到手续
Registration ProcedureForNew International Students
1.开学前提前告知招生办公室航班或列车信息。
Step1Please notify ZAFU Admissions Office of flight or train information in advance before the start of 2023 Autumn Semester.
2.抵校后持护照和录取通知书原件去学校移动营业厅（地址：学校东湖校区A12一楼）办理校园电话卡，网上预约入学体检（体检地址：杭州国际旅行卫生保健中心）。
Step 2After arriving at ZAFU, please bring the original passport and the letter of admission to China Mobile Hall (the first floor of Building A12 of ZAFU Donghu campus) to apply for a campus sim card, and make an online appointment for the entrance examination (examination address: Hangzhou International Travel Healthcare Center).
3.持护照和录取通知书原件在国际学生公寓（地址：农林街111号）签署住宿合同，持护照和住宿合同原件和复印件去学校警务站（地址：东湖校区A12二楼）窗口完成住宿登记办理。
Step 3Please sign the accommodation contract at the International Student Apartment (111 Nonglin Street) with the original passport and admission letter, and complete the accommodation registration process at ZAFU Police Station (2nd floor of Building A12, ZAFU Donghu Campus) with the original and copy of the passport and accommodation contract.
报到要求Requirements
1.收到合格体检报告后，根据招生办公室要求完成报到注册和缴费手续。
Please complete the registration and payment procedures according to the requirements of Admission Officeafter receiving a qualified medical examination report.
2.若存在发烧、恶心等相关症状暂缓返校，在当地医疗机构进行治疗。
If there are fever, nausea and other symptoms, you can apply for registration after treatment in local medical institutions.
注意事项Tips
1.需完成报到单个人信息填写，教学办学业确认签字，签证办确认签字，最后提交至学生办更新系统信息。
Students need to finish several steps in different offices and then hand in the form.
2.全体国际学生须注意均衡营养，加强锻炼，做好个人防护确保身体状况良好。
All international students should pay attention to balanced nutrition, strengthen exercise, do well in personal safety protection, and ensure good health.
