一、资助对象
1. 非中国籍人士；
2. 对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、 法规和学校的规章制度；
3. 身心健康，品学兼优；
4. 有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作；
5. 年龄为 16-35 周岁（统一以 2024 年 9 月 1 日计）。

三、资助内容
奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费、综合医疗保险费。
生活费按月发放。汉语研修生标准为 2500 元人民币/月；硕士生为 3000 元人民币/ 月。
奖学金生按录取通知书规定的时间入学报到，否则取消奖学金资格。
四、申请流程
2024 年 3 月 1 日起，登录国际中文教师奖学金报名网站（cis.chinese.cn），查询推 荐机构与接收院校（浙江农林大学的组织机构代码是 10341）；在线提交申请材料，关 注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果。获奖者与浙江农林大学确认办理来华留学手 续，在线打印获奖证书；按录取通知书规定的时间入学报到。
申请截止日期（以北京时间为准） ：
2024 年 9 月入学：学生申请截止日期为 5 月 15 日
2025 年 3 月入学：学生申请截止日期为 10 月 31 日
五、关于汉语桥获奖者
在各类汉语桥比赛中获得 年度“ 国际中文教师奖学金证书”者，登录国际中文教师 奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书提交申请材料。
六、其他
1 ．未按时报到、入学体检不合格、中途退学、休学者，取消奖学金资格。 2 ．学历生须参加年度评审，详见《国际中文教师奖学金年度评审办法》。

1. 与所有申请者有关的证明材料
1 ）护照照片页扫描件。
2 ）HSK 、HSKK 成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。
3）推荐机构负责人的推荐信。
2. 与学历生有关的证明材料
1 ）硕士申请者须提供最高学历证明（毕业证、学位证）和在校学习成绩单； 2 ）提供两名副教授以上职称导师的推荐信。
3. 未满 18 周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。
4. 申请者须配合提供本院校要求的其他证明材料。
Application Guide for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship 2024

ELIGIBILITY
All applicants shall be :
a) Non-Chinese citizens;
b) Should be friendly to China, have no criminal record, and abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the school;
c) In good physical and mental conditions, and with a good record of academic
performance and conduct;
d) Aspiring to work in the Chinese language education and related fields;
e) Aged between16 and 35 (as of 1 September, 2024).

SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE
The scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.
Living allowance is granted on a monthly basis. The monthly allowance for one-academic-year study
students and one-semester students is 2,500 CNY per person. For Master’s degree students, the monthly allowance is 3,000 CNY per person.
Students are required to complete enrollment procedures within stipulated period; otherwise, their scholarship may be canceled.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Online registration will be available from March 1, 2024 on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship application website (c is.chinese.cn). Please log on to search for recommending institutions and host institutions (the agency number of ZAFU is 10341); upload application materials online; and track the application progress, comments and results. Scholarship holders need to confirm with ZAFU to go through the procedures of studying in China, print out the scholarship certificate online, and register at ZAFU on the designated date as per the letter of admission.
The application deadlines ( Beijing Time)：
For programs commencing in September 2024, applicants must complete their applications before 15 May.
For programs commencing in March 2025, applicants must complete their applications before 31 October 2024.
CHINESE BRIDGE AWARD RECIPIENT POLICIES
Chinese Bridge winners who have been awarded the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate shall log onto the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website and submit documents to ZAFU upon presentation of their scholarship certificates. OTHERS
a) Students who fail to pass the pre-enrollment medical examination, withdraw from school midway, or fail to report to school or suspend their studies without permission will be disqualified for scholarship.
b) Degree students are subject to the annual assessment according to the Annual Appraisal Procedures of International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship.

Appendix
Application Documents for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship
A. For all applicants
a) a Scanned copy of passport photo page;
b) a scanned copy of of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity); c) a reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions.
B. For degree scholarship program applicants
a) a certification of the highest education diploma (or proof of expected graduation) and an official academic transcript;
b) 2 reference letters from professors or associate professors or experts with equivalent professional and technical titles in relevant fields.
C. Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal
guardians in China.
D.The applicant should provide other supporting materials required by the college .
