“浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金”是浙江省政府设立的专项奖学金，旨在吸引、鼓励优秀的外国留学生到浙江留学。2021年在浙江省教育厅大力支持下，我校获得浙江省来华留学奖学金共184万元，奖励研究生6名（3万元/名）；本科生共83名（2万元/名）。现将2021年浙江省政府奖学金申报工作有关事项通知如下：

一、申请对象

我校博士、硕士及本科在读留学生

二、申请条件

1.申请人须拥有外国国籍，持有外国护照，对华友好，身体健康。

2.申请人须表现良好，在校内无旷课等违反校纪校规行为，在校外无违反中国法律法规的行为。

3.申请人应具有相应的汉语水平，并提供相关证明，如HSK证书等,部分直接用英语授课的专业可适当放宽条件。

4.申请人成绩在本年级或本班名列前茅，无挂科或重修科目。

5.申请人积极参加学校组织的各种活动；对学院管理和学院发展做出特殊贡献的学生可破格申请。

6.未同时获得中国政府其他各类奖学金。

三、申请方式

1.申请时间

2021年9月6日—9月15日

2.申请材料

（1）《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金申请表》（见附件）；

（2）护照复印件；

（3）健康证明（2020年9月以后）；

（4）浙江农林大学2020-2021学年成绩单；

（5）出勤证明；

（6）HSK成绩（HSK三级以上，四级优先考虑）；

（7）学院认可的荣誉证书

3.材料上交时间、地点

申请人需在9月6日至9月15日上班时间，将所有纸质材料交至学3-515办公室。提交的申请材料均不予退回。

四、评审程序

由浙江农林大学留学生奖学金评审委员会讨论决定，并在学院网站进行公示。

ApplicationforZhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship

for International Students (2021)

The application for 2021Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship has already begun. Please pay attention to the following information:

• ELIGIBILITY

1.All degreeinternationalstudents at ZAFU.

2. Non-Chinese citizens, in good health condition and with friendly attitude towards China.

3.Comply with the laws and regulations in China, and the rules and disciplines of ZAFU.

4. Certain proficiency in Chinese (Priority will be given to applicantswithHSK4certificate).

5. High attendance rateand excellent academic performance. With no re-taking courses and no failed courses.

6. Active participation in Chinese cultural activities.(Exception can be made for students who make special contribution to college management and development.)

7.Have not been awarded withany other kind of Chinese governmentscholarship.
