超强台风“巴威”对杭州影响较大，安全永远是首位，请大家对自己生命安全负责，台风影响期间请大家注意以下事项：

SuperTyphoon "Bavi" will have a greater impact on Hangzhou. Safety is always the first priority. Please be responsible for your own life. Please get well-prepared:

台风影响期间，请各位同学尽量留在房间内，非必要不外出，以免发生意外。During the typhoon period, pleasestay in the room.Do not go outunless necessary to avoid accidents.

请同学们将放置在阳台、窗台上的花盆、杂物等各种物品收回宿舍，避免坠落伤人。Pleasetake the flowerpots or other sundries which are placed on the balcony or the windowsill backto the dormitory to avoid being blown down.

请同学们关好门窗，检查设施，如有损坏请立即向国际学生公寓值班人员报修。Pleaseclose doors and windowsand check the equipments. If there is any damage,please the person on dutyat the lobby of International Student Apartmentimmediately.

台风影响期间，禁止进入在建或者修建工地等危险地带。不要在涵洞、立交桥低洼区、墙体、广告牌和大树下避雨，尽量不要打手机，远离电线杆、路灯杆，防止触电。Students are strictlyprohibited from entering dangerous areassuch as construction sites.Do not take shelter from rain in culverts, low-lying areas of overpasses, walls, billboards and big trees, try not to use mobile phones, and stay away from telephone poles and street lamp poles to prevent electric shock.

为预防台风造成的停水停电，请同学们适当做好食品和饮用水等的储备。Pleasereserve food and waterto prevent the water stoppage caused by the typhoon.

严禁下江或下湖等水系里游泳，严禁前往水库区域游泳戏水。Swimming in rivers, lakes, or other water reservoirs is strictly prohibited.

请同学们密切关注当地台风天气变化状况。请准备好应急照明等必需品，打雷闪电时请勿使用手机拨打电话，关闭电视机、电脑等电子设备，切断电热水器电源。Please pay close attention to the changes in local typhoon weather.Pleaseprepareemergency lighting and other necessities in advance.Do not use mobile phones to make calls during thunder and lightning, turn off electronic equipment such as televisions, computers, and cut off the power of electric water heaters.
