陈力，2004年毕业于北京语言大学对外汉语专业，同年入职浙江农林大学任国际中文教师。后赴诺丁汉大学（University of Nottingham）和浙江师范大学攻读硕士和博士学位。主要研究方向是国际中文智能教育。主讲《综合汉语》《HSK模拟训练》等课程，教学中秉持“精讲多练、情境互动、数智赋能”的理念，因材施教地助力来华留学生提升中文素养和跨文化交际能力。
Chen Li graduated from Beijing Language and Culture University in 2004 with a degree in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language and joined Zhejiang A&F University in the same year as an international Chinese language teacher. She later pursued master’s and doctoral studies at the University of Nottingham and Zhejiang Normal University. Her primary research interest is intelligent education in international Chinese language teaching.
She teaches courses such as Comprehensive Chinese and HSK Practice and Preparation. In her teaching, she follows the principles of concise instruction with ample practice, contextualized interaction, and digitally empowered learning. She also emphasizes differentiated instruction to help international students in China improve their Chinese language proficiency and intercultural communication competence.
万日升，1984年8月11日出生。本科毕业于阜阳师范大学汉语言文学专业，2005年获文学学士学位；随后就读于厦门大学语言学及应用语言学专业，并于2008年获硕士学位。具有丰富的国际中文教育教学经历，曾于2006年8月至2007年3月赴泰国皇太后大学担任国际中文教师，2008年12月至2012年2月在苏丹喀土穆大学任国际中文教师，2022年3月至2025年2月在塞尔维亚诺维萨德大学从事国际中文教学工作。自2012年7月至今，任职于浙江农林大学，长期从事国际中文教育与相关教学工作。教学中注重以学生为中心，具有较强的跨文化交际意识，能够针对不同国家和文化背景学习者的特点灵活调整教学内容与方法。教学风格严谨而富有互动性，注重调动学生参与课堂的积极性。同时，善于结合具体语境开展语法教学，并将构式语法、语块教学等理念融入课堂实践，帮助学生在真实语境中理解和掌握汉语语言规律，不断提升汉语综合运用能力。
Wan Risheng, born on August 11, 1984, received his Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Fuyang Normal University in 2005. He then pursued graduate studies in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics at Xiamen University, where he earned his Master’s degree in 2008. He has extensive experience in international Chinese language education. From August 2006 to March 2007, he served as an international Chinese language teacher at Mae Fah Luang University in Thailand. From December 2008 to February 2012, he taught Chinese at the University of Khartoum in Sudan. From March 2022 to February 2025, he worked as an international Chinese language teacher at the University of Novi Sad in Serbia. Since July 2012, he has been working at Zhejiang A&F University, where he has been engaged in international Chinese language education and related teaching.
In his teaching, he emphasizes a student-centered approach and demonstrates strong intercultural communication awareness. He is able to adapt his teaching content and methods flexibly to learners from different countries and cultural backgrounds. His teaching is rigorous yet highly interactive, with a strong emphasis on encouraging active student participation. He is also skilled at teaching grammar through specific contexts and incorporating concepts such as Construction Grammar and lexical chunk instruction into classroom practice. Through these approaches, he helps students better understand the underlying patterns of the Chinese language in authentic contexts and continuously improve their overall Chinese language proficiency.
欧阳燕，女，1978年生，江西安福人。2002年本科毕业于昆明理工大学英语专业，2006年硕士毕业于云南师范大学语言学及应用语言学专业对外汉语教学方向。2005年3月至8月任教于越南胡志明市师范大学中文系；2006年6月，入职浙江农林大学国际教育学院。2021年10月至2023年8月外派塞尔维亚诺维萨德孔子学院。持有国际中文教师证书。主持教育厅教改课题1项；校级重点教改课题2项，校级一般教改课题多项；出版教辅用书一本；获得软件著作权一项；以第二作者发表论文一篇；获得校级教学成果二等奖；2013年获得校“我心目中的好老师”。
Ouyang Yan, female, born in 1978, native of Anfu, Jiangxi Province. Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Kunming University of Science and Technology in 2002 and her master's degree in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics (with a specialization in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language) from Yunnan Normal University in 2006. From March to August 2005, she taught at the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Ho Chi Minh City Normal University, Vietnam; in June 2006. She joined the School of International Education at Zhejiang A&F University. From October 2021 to August 2023, she was assigned to teach at the Confucius Institute in Novi Sad, Serbia. she is holding the International Chinese Language Teacher Certification. She has led one educational reform research project funded by the Provincial Department of Education, two university-level key educational reform projects, and several university-level general educational reform projects. She also published one supplementary teaching textbook, holds one software copyright,published one academic paper as an author. In addition, she was awarded the Second Prize for Teaching Achievement by her university; and in 2013 and was honored as the "Exemplary Teacher in My Eyes" by her university.
屈燕飞，硕士，毕业于杭州师范大学对外汉语专业。拥有二十余年国际中文教育经验。教学中注重学情分析与分层教学，能够根据学生的国别背景和汉语水平灵活调整教学内容与任务，兼顾不同层次学生的学习需求。课堂以任务驱动和交际实践为导向，善于通过角色扮演、小组合作等方式，引导学生在真实语境中学习和使用汉语。注重课堂节奏与学习氛围的营造，同时合理运用数字化教学工具和真实语料，使语言学习更加直观、生动、高效。
Qu Yanfei holds a Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language from Hangzhou Normal University and has more than twenty years of experience in international Chinese language education. In her teaching, she emphasizes learner analysis and differentiated instruction, flexibly adapting teaching content and tasks to students’ cultural backgrounds and Chinese proficiency levels in order to meet the needs of learners at different stages.
Her classes are task-based and communication-oriented. She is skilled at using role-play, group work, and other interactive activities to guide students in learning and using Chinese in authentic contexts. She also pays close attention to classroom pacing and the learning atmosphere, while making effective use of digital teaching tools and authentic language materials to make Chinese learning more intuitive, engaging, and effective.

Fan Di graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages and has been engaged in international Chinese language education and teaching since 2021.In her teaching，she does not confine teaching materials to textbooks.
