“浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金”是浙江省政府设立的专项奖学金，旨在吸引、鼓励优秀的外国留学生到浙江留学。在浙江省教育厅大力支持下，2022年我校获得浙江省政府来华留学奖学金奖励名额为：优秀研究生6名和优秀本科生73名。现将2022年浙江省政府奖学金申报工作有关事项通知如下：
一、申请对象
我校在读自费博士、硕士及本科留学生
二、申请条件
1.申请人须拥有外国国籍，持有外国护照，对华友好，身体健康。
2.申请人须表现良好，无违反校纪校规行为，无违反中国法律法规行为。
3.申请人应具有相应的汉语水平，并提供相关证明，如HSK证书等,部分直接用英语授课的专业可适当放宽条件。
4.申请人成绩在本年级或本班名列前茅，无挂科或重修科目。
5.申请人积极参加学校组织的各种活动；对学院管理和学院发展做出特殊贡献的学生，在同等条件下可优先推荐。
6.申请人须严格遵守中国政府及我校疫情防控相关规定，存在不准时每日一报、指纹打卡等行为的不予申报资格。
三、申请方式

2022年5月9日—9月16日
2.申请材料
（1）《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金申请表》（见附件）；
（2）护照复印件、有效期内的签证复印件；
（3）健康证明（2021年9月以后）；
（4）浙江农林大学2021-2022学年成绩单；
（5）2021-2022学年出勤率证明；
（6）HSK成绩（HSK三级以上，四级优先考虑）；
（7）学院认可的荣誉证书（需辅导员签字）
3.材料上交时间、地点
申请人需在5月9日至9月16日上班时间，将所有纸质材料交至学3-211办公室。提交的申请材料均不予退回。

四、评审程序

Notice on Application for Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students 2022
Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students is a special scholarship launched by Zhejiang provincial government, which aims to attract excellent international students to study in universities or colleges in Zhejiang Province. 79 quotas are available this year, among which, 73 are for undergraduates and 6 for postgraduates. Please pay attention to the following information if you want to apply:
1. Object: all international self-funded students at ZAFU
2. Eligibility:
a. Non-Chinese citizens in good health conditions;
b. Preservation of friendly attitudes towards China and compliance with laws and regulations in China as well as rules and disciplines of ZAFU;
c. Evidence of proficiency in Chinese (Priority will be given to applicants with HSK4 certificates);
d. High attendance rate and excellent academic performance. No re-taking or failed courses;
e. Active participation in Chinese cultural activities at ZAFU. (Those students,who make special contribution to the management or development of International College, will be selected on the top priority)
f. Compliance with relevant regulations of Chinese government and ZAFU during the prevention and control period of COVID-19. No occurrence of the delay of daily report or fingerprint attendance.
3. The application should be delivered between May 9th and September 16th 2022
4. Documents required for application:
a. Application Form (see the attachment);
b. Copy of passport and valid visa;
c. Medical report (done after September 2021);
d. Academic transcript of the academic year of 2021-2022;
e. Attendance sheet of the academic year of 2021-2022;
f. HSK report (above HSK 3, HSK 4 preferred);
g. Other supporting documents such as honorary certificates (with counselor's signature)
Please submit your application to Room 211 in International College Building on workdays from May 9th to September 16th. School pass code is required when you come to apply.
